Any total or partial representation of the structure of this website, its graphic charter or its content requires prior express written consent from the company’s manager, Mr GIORDANELLA. Without said authorisation, the reproduction of any content shall constitute an infringement punishable by Articles L. 335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code, which defines infringement as an offence punished with up to three years’ imprisonment and a €300,000 fine.
The same applies to all databases published by the COSEE DESIGN communications agency and appearing on the cosee.fr website, which are protected by the provisions of French Law of 1 July 1998 transposing into the French Intellectual Property Code the Directive 96/9/EC on the legal protection of databases. The COSEE DESIGN and its partners’ brands, as well as the logos appearing on the website are registered trademarks.
